Alison Horne is a healthcare executive, author, and parent advocate with more than 30 years of experience leading national sales organizations in wellness, health navigation, and family-building solutions. Throughout her career, she has partnered with employers and healthcare organizations to improve access, advocacy, and outcomes for families navigating complex care journeys.
She is also the author of Wildy Girl: A Mother's Journey Through Crisis, Hope, and Healing, a powerful memoir chronicling her family's experience with adolescent trauma, addiction, and therapeutic placement. Her story bridges professional expertise and lived experience, offering a rare perspective on the emotional, financial, and systemic realities families face when a child is in crisis.
